You can personalise these laser-cut acrylic heart earrings to have any words or names you like, or have the same word repeated, in a choice of fonts.
How to Order:
Submit Your Request: Fill out the form with your desired customisation. We'll review your request and respond within 5 working days to let you know if it's feasible. If your initial request isn't suitable for the design, we'll offer suggestions and guidance.
Approve and Pay: Once you're happy with the design, we'll send you an invoice. Your custom earrings will not be created until full payment is received via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.
Receive Your Earrings: After payment is confirmed, we'll carefully craft your personalised earrings and ship them via Royal Mail. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your chosen service and added to your invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not an order until approved and the invoice has been paid. Please fill out the form and send a request which will be reviewed. We will be in touch to let you know whether the custom request can be created or not, if it will not work there will be an advisory on what will work with the word choice. Once you are happy with the decision, payment will be taken via PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer.

Returns Policy for Custom Earrings
Please note that due to the personalised nature of our custom earrings, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as incorrect colour selection or misspelling in the customisation. These earrings are made uniquely for you, and we are unable to resell them.
However, if your custom earrings arrive damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund. To process your request, we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage. This helps us in our claims process with Royal Mail.
